Delicious mango chunks are blended with stewed rhubarb and pureed into a thick concentrate that can be reconstituted 4:1 with plain water (makes ~2.5L) or scaled up into a 1-gallon (4L) container filled first with ice and then topped up with Ginger Ale, Sprite or Soda Water (depending how sweet you like it).
